Bringing Women’s Circles Online
I‘ve been holding in-person Women’s Circles for over 3 years and the circle content has always aligned with the Full Moon and an astrological archetype.
I’ve loved delivering this content, it has helped women deepen their relationship with themselves and others, it has helped them in their personal healing and growth journeys, and it has helped them become more authentic and aligned with their unique power and purpose.
I’ve built a beautiful community of Sisterhood and connection through this work which I’m very proud of.
However, I can only reach a limited number of women through in-person circles, and I want this work to be available to many more women. This has led me to take my moon cycles and astrological work online. Which is very exciting.
The online space is a different space to my in-person circles – it can’t be the same as it is different in nature. But different isn’t better or worse – and in my own personal experience, online circles still bring great depth, healing and growth.
So! If you are interested in cyclical living, moon energy and astrological archetypes, the online circles are the space for you!
On the monthly Full Moon, we will explore the zodiac archetype of the month which will give us an opportunity to look deeper into these themes.
Using astrological archetypes as a guide we can reflect and be curious about how these energies show up in ourselves, our lives, our relationships and in the people around us.
Understanding our internal patterns
I believe that as we come to understand our own internal patterns and responses more deeply, we are able to live more consciously. We become less reactive and controlled by our unconscious responses.
Deeper awareness and understanding is not only healing in itself, but it also shows us with more clarity where we are getting stuck. Through curiosity we can start to challenge internal belief systems, inherited patters and conditioning. Curiosity leads to change and change leads to greater self-empowerment. Greater self-empowerment means we live a life more aligned with our authentic Self.
I believe healing, growing and stepping into our authenticity is a lifelong process. Like a spiral we cover the same ground but reach deeper layers each time. This is why living a cyclical life in sync with the rhythms of life is so empowering. Every season, every moon and every archetype has something to teach us, over and over again.
What happens in the online circles
The Online Women’s Circles are two hours long, 7pm–9pm and they will hold a set structure.
I begin by sharing with you the energy and themes of the monthly full moon and zodiac archetype.
This is followed by journaling and pulling tarot / oracle cards. I will give you the journaling prompts and questions for the cards live and we will journal and pull cards together.
The energy created by women gathering in the same space at the same time, even virtually, is heightened and there is something supportive, magical and comforting about being together as we go through this process and journey.
We then write what we would like to release from our lives and under the full moon, we let go!
A reflective and supportive space
There won’t be set sharing time in the online circles. It will be a purely reflective space so you can turn up, connect with the content, connect with your inner world, experience the magic of being virtually connected with other women but with no pressure to share and talk or even be seen.
Equally there may sometimes be space for sharing if you would like to, it is always optional. You can also engage with each other in the chat box if you would like to.
